Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Hereby, the data subject (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject") expresses and confirms consent to the processing, as defined by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as "Processing"), of all personal data transferred to the Operator – S.N. Gonnov – for the purposes of:
The Subject consents to interaction with the Operator and receiving the aforementioned information and/or materials from the Operator, including through direct contacts of the Operator (Operator's employees) with the Subject of personal data, the Operator making telephone calls to the stationary and/or mobile phone number specified by the Subject of personal data, the Operator sending SMS messages to the mobile phone number specified by the Subject of personal data, the Operator sending e-mails to the e-mail address specified by the Subject of personal data, the Operator sending letters on paper to my mailing address (address of residence/registration), mailings from the Operator to the Subject of personal data through mobile applications.
The Subject also expresses and confirms consent to the Operator making decisions that have legal consequences for the Subject or otherwise affect his rights and legitimate interests, based on the automated processing of the Subject's Personal Data (applies if consent is given in writing in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data").
This consent is valid indefinitely.
The Subject has the right to revoke this consent in whole or in part by notifying the Operator in writing to whom such consent was given. The Subject is informed that the full or partial revocation of this consent may lead to the inability to perform/facilitate the performance of the concluded contract. This consent is considered revoked on the next business day after receiving written notification of revocation.

- Conclusion/performance/facilitation of the performance of a contract with the Subject or a person represented by the Subject or whose beneficiary is the Subject, or consideration of the possibility of concluding a contract;
- Exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties or to achieve socially significant goals;
- Maintaining communication with the Subject of personal data, creating/improving the quality/promotion of the Operator's goods, works, and services on the market, offering and providing services provided by the Operator;
- Conducting surveys, questionnaires of the Subject of personal data, advertising and marketing research regarding the services provided by the Operator, both individually and jointly;
- Receiving from the Operator invitations to seminars (courses, lectures, training), provision of advertising information by the Operator, provision of information by the Operator about planned and/or ongoing promotions, marketing events, discounts, and special offers, for statistical and other research purposes;
- As well as for the purpose of providing the Operator with the Subject's Personal Data (as defined below), including (but not limited to) information specified in questionnaires and other completed forms, contract data (including their names, numbers, and dates of conclusion), as well as clarified (updated, modified) data subsequently received by the Operator by any of the methods listed below, including (but not limited to) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as the combination of Personal data received by the Operator from other operators, both using automation tools (including in information and telecommunication systems and networks), and without using them.

The Subject also expresses and confirms consent to the Operator making decisions that have legal consequences for the Subject or otherwise affect his rights and legitimate interests, based on the automated processing of the Subject's Personal Data (applies if consent is given in writing in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data").

Gonnov, conducting surveys, questionnaires, advertising and marketing research regarding the services provided by Sergey N. Gonnov, both individually and jointly, receiving invitations to seminars (courses, lectures, training), receiving advertising information, receiving information about planned and/or ongoing promotions, marketing events, discounts and special offers, for statistical and other research purposes.
