- Cleaning after the banquet - includes only the kitchen and equipment used during cooking. Cleaning of dishes used during the banquet is discussed separately and is usually done by the villa staff. If there is no staff at the villa, the service is provided for an additional fee.
At a buffet buffet snacks are available in a designated area for general access, while at a banquet, waiters serve full meals to each guest individually

It's better to start from the number of guests and your event - for a presentation or a small party, a buffet format is suitable, but for a wedding or celebration, we recommend equipment for both a buffet table in the welcome zone and a full banquet
